Return Policy

If you have any complaints or are dissatisfied with the product, you can return your order within 30 days if it meets the conditions listed at the bottom of the page. After receiving the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 business days.

  • Refund processing time: up to 10 business days after receipt of the return shipment.

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. Order cancellation: You can cancel your order before it has been processed, but this must be done within 30 minutes of purchase. Once processed, the order cannot be canceled.
  2. Damage upon receipt: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will give you instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
  3. Manufacturing defect or defect after use: If you discover any problems with the manufacture or functionality of your product, please contact us. We will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.
  4. Regret your purchase: If you regret your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
  5. Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us. We will provide you with instructions on how to do so.
  6. Received the wrong product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a quick solution.

Start a return: Follow these steps to start a return:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to fleur@fleursboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If necessary, include clear photos of any damage or problems.
  2. Eligible for return: Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return shipment: Send the product to the address provided. Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. Be sure to include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings. Send the Track & Trace code to fleur@fleursboutique.com so that we can track your order at all times. Failure to do so may result in the return shipment being declared invalid!
  4. Inspection and processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for condition and reason for return. We will process the refund or exchange according to this procedure.

Important: Return shipping costs are always borne by the consumer and are not reimbursed by Fleurs Boutique. Because we ship directly through our supplier, our return address is also located in China.

Please ensure that the return form you receive is completed correctly. If it is missing, a return cannot be processed and will therefore be rejected.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to use the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product or refuse to accept the return request. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when you return it.

After we get your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your bank account within 14 days.
